Tides is a unique house in an amazing location with Low Tides being the ground floor.

With its imposing location overlooking the River Dart, the flat has amazing views of the River with its myriad of activity. The quiet of the River is occasionally disturbed by the passing Dart Valley Steam Train.

Originally the site hosted a house built in the 1920s where Jane’s parents retired in the late 1970’s. We demolished the original in 2013 to make way for our home design to maximise the aspect overlooking the river. Set into the landscape, with the roof design reflecting the river valley, only a single storey is visible from the entry facade. The flat (Low Tides) is discretely design to provide privacy and a peaceful stay for guests.
